A new foundation is built using insulated concrete forms and precast stairs while the old exposed foundation gets reinforced and waterproofed. Tommy shows Kevin the ICF’s (insulated concrete forms) that replace traditional foundation molds. The homeowner goes shopping for specimen trees.
