Treating Heroin

When it comes to battling heroin addiction, what works? Should it be treated as a medical disease, or is medication simply swapping out one drug for another? Research Scientist Dr. Caleb Banta Green at the UW Alcohol and Drug Abuse Institute in Seattle explains this complex epidemic.
