"Originally from India where I played on national level, in fast pitch softball, cricket and ball badminton for my state and here in Inter Bank Tournaments. Since Home Science was a mandatory subject in my "All Girls" private school in India, I started to develop passion in Indian cooking then, and had to pursue it when I came to US about 30 years ago. At the time there was no Indian grocery store and only one Indian restaurant. We used to go to Vancouver, BC to buy groceries quite routinely."
