Graduating at 92

At 92 years old, Mary Matsuda Gruenewald is one of the last remaining survivors of the incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II. Mary and her family were forced to leave their strawberry farm on Vashon, WA and sent to a concentration camp before Mary could graduate with her high school class. Seventy-five years later, Mary returns to Vashon High School to finally experience what war and racial prejudice had taken from her.
