This event has expired.

Runners and walkers of all ages and ability are invited to the second annual Treat Yourself 5K: A family fun run benefiting elders, the community, and you at Seward Park on Saturday, August 11. This 5K directly benefits poor and vulnerable seniors in Seattle that receive care from Providence ElderPlace and Providence Heritage House at the Market.

The Treat Yourself 5K includes various avenues for participants to treat themselves: a healthy activity of a 5K run or walk, time with family and friends, a post-race health fair providing information to encourage a healthy mind, body and soul, and treats to indulge in afterwards!

At the post-race fair enjoy complimentary treats from KIND Neoh, Kevita, Mini The Dough-Nut, Zing, Schwartz Brothers Bakery, Full Tilt and many more!
