Thalia closes its 67th season with some favorite pieces–including a featured performance by Seattle-based violinist Victoria Parker. The orchestra will perform Hungarian composer Franz Lehar’s “Overture to ‘The Merry Widow’,” Max Bruch’s romantic “Concerto for Violin in G Minor” with Parker, and Howard Hanson’s “Symphony No. 2, Romantic.” Guest Conductor Joseph White will conduct this season finale concert.
