Support Crosscut, Buy a Glassybaby on October 7th

Saturday, October 7, 2017 to Sunday, October 8, 2017

This event has expired.

Thinking of doing some (very) early holiday shopping? Perhaps you’ve been interested in getting one of Glassybaby’s new fall colors. Or maybe you have a friend who is a Glassybaby addict who only needs the slightest excuse to purchase one of their colorful items.

If any or all of these apply to you, know that Glassybaby is hosting an in-store shopping day benefiting Crosscut at their University Village location on Saturday, October 7th. 10% of sales made at Glassybaby’s University Village store on this date will go to Crosscut.

(Important Note: The University Village shop is the only location hosting this benefit.)

For questions, please contact our Donor Engagement Manager, Kaila Trout, by email at or by phone at 206.443.4851.

About Glassbaby:

Glassbaby are one-of-a-kind hand-blown glass votives and drinkers made by glassblowers in Berkeley, CA and Seattle, WA. They come in 400+ rich colors, each with a unique name like 'joy', 'hope', 'gratitude', 'roots', and 'home'. Glassbaby was founded in 2001 by three-time cancer survivor Lee Rhodes. When she founded Glassybaby, it was with the core mission of helping individuals alleviate struggles, such as affording basic needs like childcare or groceries. The giving mission has since expanded to help people, animals and the planet.
