Immerse yourself in an interactive exhibit curated by Seattle natives Jazmyn Scott and Aaron Walker-Loud, featuring the sights and sounds of the city's hip-hop history. 

Admission to MOHAI is free with a membership.

Special Exhibit Programs: 

The Saturday Spin

  • Local DJs show off their hip-hop skills in the Walker Gallery.
  • Time: 1-4 p.m., every second Saturday during the exhibit
  • Price: Included with museum admission

Hip-Hop as a Vehicle for Activism

  • Northwest hip-hop artists discuss their art form and its involvement in progressive action.
  • Time: March 15, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.

Model Casting Call

  • Want to walk the runway at Fresh Dressed Jam? Come try out!
  • Time: March 26, 3-6 p.m.
  • Location: Artspace Mt. Baker Lofts, 2915 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA

Fresh Dressed Jam

  • In celebration of the exhibits closing weekend, come watch a fashion show featuring musical performances and designs from the time hip-hop's creation to now.
  • Time: April 30, 2016 at 8 p.m.
