Five petroleum refineries operate in Washington. They generate tens of millions in tax revenue for the State. Shell Oil Puget Sound is the 2nd largest refinery located on Puget Sound. GM, Thomas Rizzo, a 30-year veteran of Shell Oil, outlines the process of the refinery business, as well as the unique practices in place due to their Puget Sound location.
