Lawmakers adjourned the 2009 legislative session after balancing the budget, plugging a nine billion dollar deficit. So was the session a success? We decided to ask some newcomers to Olympia. Senior Producer Ethan Morris gets a unique perspective on the legislature from two newly-elected representatives, Democrat Reuven Carlyle and Republican Mike Hope, who both just finished their first session.
