It looks like we are in the same boat as everyone else. We live just west of Mill Creek. We have a UHF/VHF DTV antenna. We have enjoyed receiving 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 for several months. We suddenly stopped receiving the digital stations yesterday morning when the switch occurred. I have tried to tune in to VHF 9 as suggested but I'm not receiving anything on that channel. We are getting 18 other digital stations just fine. We hope the problem can be corrected soon; we've enjoyed watching several shows on channel 9 over the years.

I tried the helpline but I discovered it is only in operation 8-4; it's now 7:56 PM. (If I can I will try to call during the hours tomorrow.) I have re-scanned again. My digital tuner can detect a weak signal at VHF 9, which I have locked in. However, the signal is too weak to receive the broadcast. I have a VHF/UHD/HD antenna with a long range on a heading of about 181 degrees. I had installed an antenna signal amplifier in line with the antenna several months ago. It helps with some stations. The channel 9 digital stations' signals were so strong before the transition that I probably did not need the amplifier to receive them; but even with the amplifier I do not get a strong enough signal to pick up the station. It is something we regret very much. There are several things we like to record and watch from Channel 9. We can't to that now.

We've been getting great digital 9 reception. Lost it last night. I've rescanned twice. unplugged everything for a few minutes scanned again. Still nothing. seems that all your PSA regarding digital broad cast left out your own plans to change frequency. Maybe your gone forever, I don't want to get cable just to watch public TV

I was also getting DTV over the air for more than a year until now. After rescanning several times here in Kirkland, I get plenty of DTV channels, some stronger than others yet the KCTS trio of channels I've enjoyed for so long are nowhere to be found on the discovered list or keyed in directly. I've got two high power DTV antennas. I just made a huge donation to KCTS - looks like all I get now is the TV Guide. :- |

I scrapped two combination vhf/uhf antennas and installed a new uhf antenna for dtv. All of the info on the internet said dtv would be uhf. I was receiving your 3 dtv channels fine until June 12. Why didn't you tell your audience you were switching to vhf? I watch your channel a lot and never saw a notice about switching to vhf.
I live in Bremerton on the backside of a hill which makes it difficult to receive good dtv signals without a good amplified antenna.

I'm having a similar problem - I have a digital UHF/VHF antenna connected to the computer, and I can no longer get any program related to chanel 9. Several other digital chanels are gone, as well. The other TV (with an antenna from a different manufacturer) gets all three chanels, but 9-3 is now available only at low resolution - no hi-def - and looks horrible. Any suggestions that would not include buying a new antenna? Thanks!

I live on the southwest side of Vashon Island, Have dtv and proper rooftop antenna and lost most signals except 13-1 and 20-1-2-3-4-5. Rescanning twice brought no change. Can you suggest something for us to try? We get channel 28 but the signal is poor and breaks up. Thanks
