We have a roof top antenna and a converter box which we hooked up on June 11 and were pleased to find we could receive Channel 9. Then today (June 14) we were dismayed when we couldn't receive it! We then autoscanned per your advice. It worked! We are delighted to be able to receive Channel 9.

I was receiving channels 9-1 & 9-3 fine before the switch. Now they are gone. (My receiver detects a signal, but it is very poor) I live just east of Northgate Mall.
You may need to rescan your TV and/or adjust your antenna to maximize signal strength. In any case, we need more information from you in order for us to help you, so give us a call or e-mail us.

I understand the rational behind saving money to broadcast on vhf. But how much will it cost in lost revenue because people who supported channel nine in the past will no longer do so as they can no longer view it? Or perhaps you really don't need the viewer support and the occasional fundraisers are just scams and tax dollars are also no longer needed.

Same probs as everyone else - after scanning ad nauseum last night & today, I no longer get KCTS. I had no problem scanning in before analog went off - it came in beautifully), so my purchase of a Digital Antenna & converter box may be a big waste of $$ and I refuse to get cable just for Public TV. I live on the top of Beacon Hill & figured my Tivax antennae should work fine - nope.
Seems like many folks here have the same issue. Sadly, if I can't get you, PBS, I will have to discontinue my monthly donations.

Was getting Channel 9.1 just fine with my old TV and Digital Stream converter box until now. Unfortunately now I get a message saying "No Program".
