No Special Legislative Session

Looks like there won’t be a special session for the state legislature after all. The Governor and key lawmakers couldn’t agree on an agenda, so plans for an additional month in Olympia have been scrapped. We talk with SeattlePI.com columnist Joel Connelly about what it means, and what business will be left unfinished for another year.
