after suffering a massive stroke i realized that i was gulible and that i needed to protect my self from fraud so i made one simple rule if i get any phone solisitations for money , to take a survey or give to some foundation i just say i do not participate in or give money to anything solisitated over the phone then hang up. answer no questions. if any person wishes to spend money they should be the one to initiate the conversation. remember your money is worth a little of your time after all you worked hard to get it.if every one did this the fraud people would be out of business
