This was an enlightening debate. It was clear to me that Mr. Constantine is a smooth talker, but a major player in the old guard that helped get King County in the mess it is in. He talked a lot about his experience, but he seems to be experienced in doing the wrong things. Is he partially responsible for the financial problems and the lack of flood prevention? He must be. On the other hand, Mrs. Hutchinson surprised me by how specific she was with concrete solutions to the County's problems. In my opinion, it is time for a changing of the guard. I support Hutchinson
