Chef Derrin Davis joins the show to prepare some amazing dishes from the Zesta Cucina Valentine's Day menu. Dr. Palmer Wright, owner of Kana Winery pairs the perfect wines to compliment these dishes. Dieticians provide tips to create alternatives to fit most dietary needs.
