Wine O’Clock Chef Laurie Kennedy prepares Anise Braised Short Ribs.

Wine O'Clock Chef Laurie Kennedy prepares a menu of Star Anise Braised Short Ribs with an appetizer plate of asparagus, mushrooms, olives and a poached egg with a fennel bulb vinaigrette. Bunnell Family Cellars share their wines and give pairing suggestions. The dishes are prepared with local ingredients and healthy modifications are offered.
