Chef Jar Arcand of Santiago's Gourmet Mexican Restaurant prepares Tequila Prawns Diablo, Apple Kahlua Mole Cream, and his award winning Chili Con Queso.

Chef Jar Arcand has owned Santiago's since 1980. The restaurant has a Mexican flair, each dish with a dash of interpretation of Arcand's. Santiago's has won numerous awards and recognition throughout the Northwest, including "Best Mexican Restaurant" and "Best Wine List."
