Executive Chef Brad Johnson of Creekside West makes macerated strawberry shortcake, as well as tenderloin over mashed potatoes with balsamic reduction and gorgonzola cream.

Executive Chef Brad Johnson grew up in Oregon, where his grandparents taught him how to cook. He has experience working in various restaurants, and finally settled as an executive chef at Creekside West Bar and Grille, which opened in December of 2010.
