We are joined by guest Chef Alice Sharp, of the Café Mélange. Sharp attended the Western Culinary Institute and graduated in 1997. Before then, she would train with her mother as a child, and started working at restaurants at age 14. Since then, she has been in the food industry, and is now owner and chef at Café Mélange.

About the Host, Gayla Games
Gayla Games, co-creator and host of the monthly cooking show Valley Fresh Fare, is one of Yakima's restaurant pioneers. Gayla started her restaurant career in 1970 when she worked for Gasperetti's. In 1983, she and a business partner purchased The Greystone restaurant. Gayla ran and co-owned the restaurant until she retired in 2002.
