I live in Port Angeles and appreciate being able to keep up to date on the events leading to the freeing of the Elwha River. Thank the filmmakers and all others who have created this wonderful documentary about this event. I have a much better appreciation now of the history of this amazing place I am privileged to call home.

Michael Werner is an award-winning journalist and educator who specializes in documentary filmmaking and narrative writing. Prior to moving to Seattle, he was a journalism professor at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication.
