2 tablespoons potato starch
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup canned pumpkin or squash
2 tablespoons water, combined with 1 tablespoon oil and 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seed simmered in 3 tablespoons water
