Im not sure if you could help.But I hope you have some information for me.My mother and father -in-law,opened a cafe here in Olympia 2years ago, they rent space from the state for 700.00 dollar with a 5 year lease.they were just informed that there rent is going up to 1900.00.Business has been slow and been hard to keep up on the 700.rent payment.I thought the stimulis package that the president signed was to help people like my in-laws.please help.
