I'm getting a no signal when I set up the converter box. How can I fix it?

After I attached the converter box, my husband is not able to receive his shows and music in stereo. What are we doing wrong? Is there a button we haven't pushed on a remote or a button we pushed wrong? Or what else to consider?

I have hooked my converter box up and the only channel I can get is channel 8-1,8-2,8-3. I checked the signal and I have signal I have turned my antenna several times and got the best signal. Can you please help me determine what the problem is?

I am not solving your question but I have same problem. I am not being able to receive my shows. I don't think I am ding anything wrong (may be) because I tried it more than 10 times according to manual. But still I am not being able to receive any shows.
