The Seattle International Film Festival kicks off this weekend with 392 films, including 10 world premieres. Stars such as Francis Ford Coppola, Benjamin Bratt, Paul Giamatti and Spike Lee will all visit Seattle for various screenings. And local films will hold a place of honor too, as the festival features 16 local films, including director Lynn Shelton’s acclaimed “Humpday.”
