The tree of democracy is not nourished by the blood of dissenters but by the sweat of immigrants.

We honor all our ancestors by recognizing their counterparts today.

Unfortunately, parents should think about unintended consequences before they start breaking our laws. To allow children brought here at an early age to stay would only encourage more parents to do the same thing.

There was a good story in this weeks Christian Science Monitor about the human trafficing of Asians and Africans and people from the Middle East via Mexico to the US. Pretty scary stuff. The article suggests that terrorists have entered via the same route.

I think students like alonso chehade that have been working and studying so hard. It is a a good reason for that to gain their citizenship. There are other invividiuals that are not doing anything for helping our society and this young student , all he wants is a 9 digits number so he can help our society. In fact, having people like that even thought he is illegal, it is better than have someone who is notputting any efforts to make the the economic more stronger. "dream act should be passed!!!!!"
