Can you made available the recipe for Green Tea Muffins with White Chocolate chips that was demonstrated by a Japanese lady in your show on around end of Feb 2009?

Your cook books sound and look great. My daughters would each love them as a Christmas gift.
I have three daughters, living in several states. I wish to purchase different cook book set for them. Is it possible to send the set to the girls but receive the paperwork at my home?
Keep up the fantastic shows

Mussels & Chickpeas
Sounds wonderful, I'd probably make it with clams instead. I would love to be able to find fennel and italian peppers in a local grocery store.
