Bill Gates, Sr. talks about the successes and failures of his philanthropic endeavors -- including the success of vaccinating populations in poor countries and the failure in changing the size of high school classrooms in the United States. Gates, Sr. is a retired American attorney, philanthropist and author of the book "Showing Up for Life: Thoughts on the Gifts of a Lifetime". He is the father of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.
