About the Film
There’s only really one time in life when you don’t care what other people think. You’re an artist. You’re brilliant. But then, we start to care about quality...
Follow filmmaker Jodie Martison on her journey to rediscover the uninhibited creativity she had as a child. Master painter and AIDS activist Tiko Kerr, ballet dancer Alexis Fletcher, luthier Nicole Alosinac, and rock vocalist Colleen Rennison of No Sinner reveal what it takes to prosper, and live, creatively every day. Martinson summarizes her observations into nine succinct “Commandments of Creativity” that everyone, not just artists, can live by in order to regain the freedom of their childhood.
