Recipes/Foolproof Oven-Baked Rice

- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups boiling water
- dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put rice in an 8-inch square glass pan. Add boiling water and salt and stir lightly together. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Uncover, fluff and serve.
