Recipes/Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons onion
- 2 Tablespoons celery
- 2 Tablespoons bell pepper
- 2 Tablespoons pepperoncini
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 lb crab meat
Preparation
Chop vegetables. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours. To cook, shape into 2 oz patties, coat with more bread crumbs, and grill 3 minutes per side.

They are a mild pepper you find in the pickle section - usually top shelf. They are good on pizza and sandwiches. Hope this helps.
