University of Washington budget cuts

The University of Washington has to cut 214 million dollars from its budget. Tuition hikes will be hefty while the quality of education may drop. We talk with President Mark Emmert about where he plans to shave dollars and we sit down with students to hear their concerns about the future of their education.
