I would like to thank KCTS for inviting me to prepare Croatian Gibanica on KCTS's All Time Favorite Episode, It was a distinct honor and so much fun! Thank you all for your assistance in making it happen and your hospitality! It was so nice to meet the other cooks and of course to meet many of the KCTS staff and spend some time in the building where so much wonderful programming is created. Thank you!
