Whether you are a parent, caregiver or simply have an interest in children's welfare, we hope that you find relevant information to best support your children’s education.KCTS 9 Kids & Family provides comprehensive outreach services for parents, childcare providers and teachers to prepare children for a lifetime of curiosity, learning and development. The program combines PBS' award-winning children's television programming with a variety of community outreach efforts to help build children's learning skills.
