"Ugh," thought a Raggedy Ann doll one day,
"Sydney will soon be home with her best friend Fay.
She'll want to have a tea party,
But I'm really quite a mess. You see...
Her sister took me to her room
That's where we played a game called 'Boom!'
This involved her crayons and paint,
My skin now has a greenish taint.
I was forced to ride in a Barbie jeep,
Much to my disappointment and grief.
My toes were crammed,
My head was jammed,
And into walls it often rammed.
I ripped my dress
While trying to guess
If I would ever get back to Sydney's room.
My future was bleak and full of doom.
Now in this dusty corner I wait,
For beloved Sydney to decide my fate."
