Take a trip with our favorite little heroine as she embarks on a summertime rite of passage—the family vacation—counting cars and fighting crime with the help of her simian sidekick. Two all-new SAVE THE WOLRD episodes are thrown into the mix during this super marathon running July 13-17 at 3:30 p.m.
Missed an episode of your favorite PBS Kids show? Check out the new PBS Kids Go Player with tons of shows available for streaming along with plenty of games to educate and amuse.
SuperWhy Read-a-thon
From the Super Reading List to the Super Duper Reading Certificate and bookmarks, there are plenty of great tools available online or at your local library to motivate young readers at home.
Bring your teens to a National Park
Nothing inspires awe quite like the great outdoors, but how do you tear your teen away from the laptop? Take the family to a National Park and encourage kids in grades 7-12 to enter the National Parks digital storytelling competition. Your budding filmmaker could be the next Ken Burns!

Curious George iPhone app
The world’s most curious monkey, Curious George, now has his very own iPhone app--a picture dictionary that lets kids play with the alphabet, shapes, numbers, colors and more. But we're not stopping there - look for information about another George app coming out later this summer!
The Curious George IPhone app is available for download from ITunes.
Listen to Cyberchase podcasts
Make the most of technology by listening to a Cyberchase podcast on your next family road trip. Each week, a brand new podcast features Digit (Gilbert Gottfried) telling funny jokes or Hacker (Christopher Lloyd) reading poetry from his own diary. Each podcast will be available for download for one week only at Cyberchase Online.
Meet Sid the Science Kid at the EMP
Meet PBS Kids’ pre-school scientist, Sid the Science Kid at the Experience Music Project on July 18 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. He’s looking for his friends, he’s looking for you! He’s the latest character from Jim Henson Studios and he’ll be greeting visitors to the historic exhibition, Jim Henson’s Fantastic World, which chronicles Henson’s creative puppetry and includes favorites such as The Muppets, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock.
In celebration of the EMP's 9th birthday, Washington state residents will receive $9 admission to the museum as well as a 10% discount in the museum's stores. The $9 admission price is not valid with other discount offers.
