For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: 'If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?' And whenever the answer has been 'No' for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

A lot of companies have chosen to downsize, and maybe that was the right thing for them. We chose a different path. Our belief was that if we kept putting great products in front of customers, they would continue to open their wallets.

I keep hoping one day PBS will make it easier for people who don't have $65 to plop down (especially in these still difficult economic times for many; REAL unemployment is 14% per Senator Bernie Sanders)to split it into three monthly payments...is there a snowball's chance in hell she said hopefully...?

We are working on adding a premium option to our sustainer (monthly giving) program. Needs a lot of work on the technical end, but look for it to debut in our August pledge drive!

I was told the cookbook offered in the latest fund raiser is being printed! is this true? as it is on the program today as well as two weeks ago. i am anxious to use this cookbook and also have concerns about the mail delivery where i live!

We're a bit behind on this one -- it will be ready to ship next week! If there's an on-air recipe you need ASAP, let me know!

I would love to purchase the cookbook, but I only want an e-book, not a disk or hardback. Is this possible?

I had to leave the tv just at the end of the show KCTS 9 Cooks: Kitchen Classics and missed the very end of the segment for Flaming Cambodian Meatballs. Where can I see the end of the segment, or at least get the recipe?

Thanks!

05/20/13

Hello Mrs. Currie,

The individual segments will be posted soon, but for now you can watch the entire episode (and fast-forward to your desired segment) on our YouTube channel.

Hope this helps!

Hi,
Unfortunately, I no longer receive this PBS station with my provider. I really miss the KCTS cooking shows. Is there anywhere I can look at some of the recipes in this new cookbook?

03/01/14

Right now it sounds like BlogEngine is the preferred blogging platform out there right now.

(from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?

05/13/13

Hi Cheryl,

The new show will be live-streamed online on this page. You can also order the cookbook if you want. Or, you can watch past Cooks shows online as well.

Hope this helps!
