"KCTS 9 Cooks at Home" is all about you in the kitchen. We feature delicious home cooking from the best cooks we know - our viewers! Join hosts Mark Christopher and Chef Carol Dearth with our guest cooks, preparing their favorite main dishes.
Mark is quite ignorant about food, which may be OK, but I don't think he is a good fund raiser, and he is a very poor replacement for George. Worse yet is Amy, who is totally annoying. I heard she is on Check Please! Northwest, and based on her disgusting performance on the Cooks at Home show, I haven watched a single one of those shows, and never will, as long as she is involved
wow, i thought the last program was bad with that new guy replacing George but his sidekick today takes the cake with her dumb comments and aggressive tasting.
surely you can find better, more qualified people to host the KCTS Cooks programs.
Thanks to everyone who participated in our cooking show -- all our viewers who contributed recipes and the army of volunteers who help make the show happen. And kudos to all our donors who called or went online to make the show a successful fundraiser for KCTS 9.
The food was outstanding this time and, as usual, I learned a lot from our on-air cooks.
Next viewer cooking special is in November. Theme is side dishes, so if you have a great recipe, send it in to cooks@kcts9.org. If you send in a picture of the dish as well you get a gold star!
