About 3 days ago I watched chef Tom Small present a short video of the preparation of "lemon cheesecake jar". I have been unable to locate this recipe in neither the NPR.org site, KCTS 9, nor KCTS cook. Further, even after finally finding Chef Tom Small's site, I have still been unsuccessful in locating the recipe which prepared on "KCTS cooks" , or even in this, Tom Small's site. Where can I get the proper list of ingredients, i.e., the list of ingredients, procedure (in more detail than seen on the short video, including specifics concerning time and temperature. Please senda reference available in the library or a copy of the recipe to by e-mail. Thanks, JMN

I wrote down the Delicata Squash and Hardy Green Salad recipe from the 2/9/13 show but left out some of the ingredients. Where can I view the recipe.

The male host is Mark Christopher, who first took over for George in KCTS 9 Cooks Dinner back in November 2011. George retired last year and is doing well.
