Does anyone have the recipe for the Rose Water Dessert - Ferni - from Kabul Restaurant. Apparently that recipe was available here at one time, but no longer. The owner at Kabul recently told me to look here for the recipe, but alas, i cannot track it down. Is there some archive or something that i'm missing for past recipes? Thanks.
Yes, it’s from an old Chef’s special, and if Chef Wali told you to get it from us, he was talking about the cookbook, which is Chefs 2004. Never was posted online. Restaurants donate their recipes for us to use as a fundraiser, and fundraise we must.
