When the question to serve as a Personal Representative or Successor Trustee is asked, the initial reply is often “I’d be honored,” but what exactly does acceptance entail?

If you are curious (or worried) about the essentials of being a Personal Representative or Successor Trustee, this free seminar introduces the roles, duties and responsibilities, and outlines the estate administration process. Find out if you have chosen the right person to represent your wishes and if you are willing to take on this role for others. The seminars will be led by estate planning attorney Mark Reinhardt.

Mark Reinhardt is an attorney focusing on estate planning, probate, and small business formations and transactions at Rehberg Law Group, P.S. Mark received a Master’s Degree from Indiana University in 1986 (summa cum laude), and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law in 1991 (cum laude/Order of the Coif). He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He enjoys theatre and has served on the Boards of Directors of two local theatre companies.
