Hispanic Seafair is an annual community festival in which people gather to enjoy food, music, dance and games, as well as forums for discussion and information. The KCTS 9 booth will feature fun for the whole family, including a chance to meet Bob the Builder and Lunar Jim. We hope to meet you there.
