Eating the right food at the right time not only provides the necessary fuel for energy, but sharpens concentration hence preventing injuries.

About Cynthia Lair
Cynthia Lair is a Certified Health and Nutrition Counselor, author, faculty member at Bastyr University, public speaker, and actor. Her popular cookbook, Feeding the Whole Family has sold over 50,000 copies. Her second book, Feeding the Young Athlete: Sports Nutrition Made Easy for Players and Parents was written with her collegue, Scott Murdoch.
