Yakima Rotary special guest Don Whitehouse discusses the many challenges in keeping I-90 Snoqualmie Pass open during the winter and what it takes to open Chinook Pass every year. Whitehouse is the WSDOT Regional Administrator for the South Central Region. His responsibilities include planning, design, construction, maintenance, environmental, and communications for the state highway system.
