In 1992 Paul Moulton became Senior Vice President of International operations for Costco. He moved to the UK, starting Costco Europe. He next shifted to Asia to start Costco operations in Korea, Taiwan and Japan. He shares how Costco plans locations and adapts operations in international stores, and what the unique challenges are.
