Yakima Downtown Rotary special guests Alex Newhouse and David Rolfe will discuss Initiative-502, the legalization of marijuana in Washington State. Newhouse and Rolfe will focus on educating the public on I-502 prior to the November ballot. The discussion will include presentations from advocates on both sides of I-502 with ample opportunity for questions and answers from the floor.
