About The Episode

Paul & Jessie Randhawa started off as farmers from Punjab, India. They moved to the U.S. in the early 90s, and opened The Taj Palace in 2008 at its current location. In this episode, they introduce to us two popular Indian dishes: aloo gobi (potatoes and cauliflower cooked in spices) and chicken jalfrezi (curry with chicken and vegetables).
