Recipes/Peppered Parmesan Popcorn

Ingredients
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-inch rosemary sprig
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside. In a small skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Leaving the rosemary in one piece, crush it with your hands and add it to the olive oil. Heat the rosemary and olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprig from the pan and discard. Drizzle the rosemary-infused olive oil over the popcorn, mixing well to coat. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and pepper over the popcorn, tossing to combine.
