Recipes/Creamy Eggnog

serves 3 to 4
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup instant milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rum or brandy extract
- dash of nutmeg
- 12 ice cubes, divided
Preparation
Place 6 ice cubes and remaining ingredients, except nutmeg, into blender. Cover and process until smooth. With motor running, remove feeder cap and add remaining 6 ice cubes, one at a time. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top when serving.
