Love your recipes, including this one. However, I'm sure this is horrifically high in fat and calories. I'd appreciate seeing the nutritional information included with each recipe you publish in order to make an informed choice about whether to make it or even substitute ingredients to bring the calories and fat down and then lower the total calories. I'd consider using low- or nonfat cream cheese, sour cream and fat-free half-and-half, for example, to bring the calorie count down.
